These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.changeconnectacademy.com (the "Site") and the training programs, courses, and related services offered by Change Connect Academy, a registered business name of Change Connect Inc. ("Change Connect Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or registering for any program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Us

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Site
Use any automated means to access, scrape, or copy content from the Site without our prior written consent
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the Site or our programs

2. Use of the Site

We use personal information to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request
Register and enroll you in training programs and deliver those programs
Process payments and manage your account, where applicable
Send program-related communications, updates, materials, and certificates
Send newsletters, marketing, or promotional communications where you have consented (you may withdraw consent at any time)
Improve our Site, programs, and services
Maintain records for accounting, reporting, and where applicable, government training-funding programs
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. Training Programs and Registration

Program descriptions, durations, formats, and availability are described on the Site and may change. Registration for a program is confirmed once we accept your enrollment and, where applicable, receive payment.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for ensuring that participants you enroll meet any stated prerequisites and are able to attend the scheduled sessions.

We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel a program, change instructors, or adjust content where reasonably necessary. Where we cancel a program, our liability is limited as set out in Section 7 and any applicable refund terms in Section 5.

4. Payment

Fees for programs are as stated at the time of registration. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full prior to the program start date. All fees are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where a program is funded in whole or in part through a government training-funding program, payment and contribution terms will be set out in the applicable agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@changeconnect.ca.

Cancellations received 30 or more business days before the program start date: full refund.
Cancellations received fewer than 15 business days before the start date: credit toward a future program.
Substitutions of participants may be permitted up to 3 business days before the start date at no charge.

We reserve the right to cancel a program; in that event, registered participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and all training materials, course content, workbooks, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary tools provided through our programs — including, without limitation, the Revenue Engine™ and other proprietary frameworks — are the property of Change Connect Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use training materials solely for your own internal learning and reference in connection with a program in which you are enrolled. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, or create derivative works from our materials, or use them to deliver competing training, without our prior written consent.

Trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Site may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our programs are designed to build practical skills, but professional and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, revenue increase, performance improvement, or business outcome from participation in our programs.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Change Connect Academy and Change Connect Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or participation in our programs. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a program will not exceed the fees you paid for that program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Change Connect Academy, Change Connect Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we handle your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
