Change Leadership Accelerator
Change Leadership Accelerator is a 7-week instructor-led program that gives small business leaders and managers a step-by-step roadmap to lead change with clarity, confidence, and real results. Most leaders know change is part of running a business; what they struggle with is leading it in practice, especially when the team is pushing back, stakeholders are not aligned, and the deadline is not moving. This is not a theory program. Across seven modules, participants master the fundamentals of change leadership, discover their own leadership style, build an agenda for change, mobilize their teams and stakeholders, turn resistance into a tool for better outcomes, select the right change models for any situation, and learn to lead confidently when AI is reshaping how work gets done. Every module is built around applied exercises tied to real change situations in participants' own organizations, so leaders leave with a full toolkit of practical tools and skills they can use immediately.

Curriculum Details
Module 1: Change Leadership Fundamentals
Leading change is a different skill from managing the work. Participants master the fundamentals of change leadership, what it is, why it matters, and how it differs from managing change as a task. The module introduces the Change Curve as a practical lens for reading where a team or organization sits at any point in a change process. Participants leave knowing what effective change leadership looks like in their own environment.
Module 2: Raise Your Influence: Change Leadership Competencies
Getting people onboard is one of the hardest parts of any change. Participants discover their change leadership style and learn to use it as a deliberate tool. The module covers the core competencies of effective change leaders and gives practical strategies for persuading and influencing others to buy in. Participants leave able to raise their influence and get results with teams, peers, and senior stakeholders.
Module 3: Design and Build Your Agenda for Change
Reacting to change is expensive, while anticipating it is a competitive advantage. Participants learn how to anticipate and respond to change faster. The module covers the key change assessments leaders need before launching any initiative and how to build a change strategy tailored to their specific projects. Participants leave with a practical, step-by-step agenda they can apply immediately.
Module 4: Mobilize and Prepare Your Team and Organization for Change
A change plan without buy-in is just a document. Participants learn how to lead and bring others onboard for change. The module covers how to gain stakeholder buy-in, which tools to leverage, and how to create a change plan that executes well and increases adoption. Participants leave knowing how to build alignment and move their team in the same direction.
Module 5: Managing Resistance to Change
Resistance is not the problem. Not knowing how to respond to it is. Participants learn to recognize resistance early, understand what it is communicating, and leverage it for successful change outcomes. The module covers practical strategies and tools for preventing unnecessary resistance and addressing it constructively when it arises. Participants leave with a response framework they can apply immediately.
Module 6: Change Models and Frameworks
Knowing a model and knowing which one to use are two different things. Participants are introduced to the most widely used change models and learn how to select the best one for their situation. Models covered include the Kubler-Ross Change Curve, the Head, Heart and Hand Change Model, Bridges' Transition Model, Kotter's 8-Step Process, Prosci ADKAR, Lewin's 3-Stage Model, and the McKinsey 7S Framework. The focus is on practical application, not theory.
Module 7: Leading Change in an AI-Enabled Environment
AI is already changing how teams work. Participants explore what it means to lead change when AI is actively reshaping roles, workflows, and the pace of disruption. The module covers how to communicate AI-driven change in ways that build trust rather than fear, how to address the human concerns AI surfaces in teams, and how to apply change leadership principles to AI adoption. Participants also learn practical AI tools and prompts they can use to plan, communicate, and execute change more effectively.
